1 C chopped zucchini
1 C tomatoes
1/2 C chopped onion
1/3 C Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 C milk
3/4 C Bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix veggies and put in 10" greased pie plate
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Beat rest of ingredients until smooth for 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour on top of veggies & cheese.
Bake 400º for 45 min. or till knife comes out clean.
Cool for 5 min.
