2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave syrup for 1 1/2 minutes on high. While syrup is heating beat egg whites and salt in small bowl till foaming. Gradually add sugar. Beat constantly. Slowly pour thin stream of syrup over egg whites. Beat until stiff and glossy. Add vanilla and beat. Pour over cake. Will cover 2 layers or large sheet cake.
