1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked apple slices

Directions:
Melt butter in 2 qt. casserole. Combine next 6 ingredients to make batter. Pour on butter. Drain apples and pile in center of batter. Bake at 375º until batter covers fruit and crust is brown.
