2 boxes refrigerated pie crust
3 cans apple-cinnamon pie filling
1 T butter
1 t vanilla
powdered sugar
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9X13 pan with non-stick spray and lightly flour. Press 1 1/2 pie pieces of pie crust into bottom of pan, bringing it up the sides. Fill with apple pie filling. Top with remaining pie crust. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until top is lightly golden brown. Cool and mix butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and milk to make frosting. Spread evenly over bars. Refrigerate.

I put apple pie bars in the last cookbook, but Melissa and I found that the canned apple pie filling was just as tasty and much easier to use.
