1 pkg. soft tortillas
1 tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. onion, chopped
clove of garlic, minced
1 (4-oz) green chiles, diced and drained
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk

Directions:

Melt margarine, add onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in chiles, sour cream, and soup. Mix well (reserve half the sauce). Stir in chicken and 1/2 cup cheese. Warm tortillas and fill with chicken mix. Roll up and place seam down in a 8x12" pan. Combine reserved sauce with milk and pour over all and top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
