1 kig de queso panela rallado
4 o 5 huevos
sal aceite

Hiervas de olor al gusto

Directions:
Hervir agua, cocer espinacas durante unos minutos. revolver ingredientes. Precalentar sartén con aceite. Dejar cocer. Primero que hieva un poco y luego a
fuego muy muy lento.
(la mezcla debe quedar aguada para que el huevo compacte la mezcla)
Pueden añadirse champignones y verduras según gusto.
También hiervas de olor.
