1 pork loin
1/2 gallon water
1/2 gallon apple cider
1/4 c cracked black pepper
4 each Bay leaves
Tender Quick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and marinate pork for 2 to 3 days in refrigerator, Sear pork loin and bake at 325º until internal temperature reaches 155º, let pork rest for 10 minutes.
