1/2 C. Soft Butter
3 T. Powdered Sugar
1 C. Cake Flour
3/4 C. Pecans (chopped)
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Mix Butter and sugar. Add flour & mix well. Add nuts and vanilla. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes. Do not over bake. Cookies will not get brown. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. Let cool and roll again.
