CAKE BATTER:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, at room temperature
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream

FILLING:
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

TOPPING:
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Stir together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Using mixer on medium speed, beat butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon rind. Beat in eggs one at a time, then sour cream on low speed. Gradually add flour mixture until blended.

Turn 1/3 batter into greased and floured 9-inch tube pan. Sprinkle with half of the blueberry filling. Repeat layers. Spread remaining batter and sprinkle with topping.

Bake about 48 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Loosen edges. Cool and enjoy.
