1 lb lasagna (try to get the kind you don't have to par boil first- if you can't only cook until pliable
1 lb Ricotta cheese
Parmesan cheese
Mozarella cheese
4 eggs
parsley flakes
garlic powder
Auntie's spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ricotta, eggs, parsley, garlic powder and some of the parmesan cheese until well blended. In an oblong roasting pan, Plop tomatoe sauce in pan and spread it out. Place lasagna noodles side by side, No top, plop spoonfuls of ricotta mix in spots and spread out evenly and smooth to cover. Add spoonsful of sauce, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese then mozarella cheese. Continue to layer the same way till you are done. (noodles, sauce, cheese, cheese etc.). Cover with tin foil and bake for one hour (remove the tin foil after 1/2 hour). Be sure to let it set for 1/2 hour before cutting
