12 oz. penne pasta (about 4 cups cooked)
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 medium cucumber, sliced into spears
1 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup pitted olives, halved
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 t. dried basil, crushed
1 t.dried oregano, crushed
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. ground black pepper
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta, drain and rinse.
2. In a large bowl toss together the cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, and olives.
3. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, basil oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Shake well and drizzle over pasta, toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours. To serve, add feta and toss.
