1 lb of diced pork
2 cans chicken broth
2 large tomatoes or 1 can diced tomatoes
1 lb fresh diced green chills or 1 large can diced BUENO green chill
2 Tblsp garlic salt
1-2 tsp pepper
4 cups water
2 Tblsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the pork in oil. Add 2 Tablespoons flour, broth, water, tomatoes, chills and garlic salt. Bring to a boil then simmer for 30-45 minutes until the chili begins to form a sauce and becomes tender. Continue to add garlic salt and pepper for taste. Add a rue of flour and water to thicken to desired texture.

Won 1st place in green chili contest in Period 7, 8th grade science 2011....RockyTop Middle School! Who'd of thunk the English teacher would beat me out:) I came in 4th....worse ever......now if only I could get Mauser's recipe for the Basque green chili....mmmmmmmm!
