1 pound 85% ground beef
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
parsley flakes
sausages
garlic powder to taste

Directions:

.In a good size bowl add the beef, eggs and parmesan cheese. Add approximately 1 tsp of parsley flakes. Salt and Pepper to taste. Gradually add breadcrumbs and mix everything until you get a meatloaf consistency (oh, forgot Garlic powder- sprinkle some in like you would salt and pepper, that's enough). Back to rolling the balls. Grab a clump and in the palm of your hand- roll until round and firm. Saute in olive oil until brown on all sides and when done add it to the sauce. Now add the saugages to the pan you cooked the meatballs in - brown them up, occiasonally pierce them with a knife to release the juice

this goes with Auntie Peggy's lasagna and suce recipe. when cooked drain the sausage and add it to the sauce
