1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk (soy, almond or cow)
1 cup half&half
2 egg yolks
Directions:

Mix first four ingredients together in a large saucepan until all lumpage is gone. Add next three ingredients and whisk until smooth. Turn on the heat to medium high and continue whisking/stirring until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat.
