1 lata de leche clavel congelada
1 caja grande de gelatina verde
¾ de azúcar
3 limones chicos o 1 grande
1/3 barra de mantequilla derretida.
Galleta María molida y colada

Antes de hacer.
La lata de leche clavel deberá meterse una noche antes al congelador.
Revolver la caja de gelatina verde, el azúcar y el jugo de los limones y meter al refrigerados a que está muy fría.

Manera de hacerse
Derretir mantequilla. Enfriar un poco.
Batir la leche clavel hasta que casi suba y revolver con una cuchara la gelatina. ( si la leche clavel está completamente arriba entonces se baja al incorporar la gelatina) Agregar la mantequilla derretida.
Engrasar un molde y poner el polvo de la galleta María . Poner la mezcla encima. Cubrir nuevamente con el polvo de la galleta maría. Adornar con cerezas.
