3 - 4 lb. Chicken Wings/Stubs

MARINATING SAUCE
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Ginger
1 cup Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Wine (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken wings in a large container. Mix sauce and pour over chicken. Marinate 4 - 6 hours. If 4 hours...turn after 2 hours. If six hours...turn after 3 hours.
DRAIN off MOST of the sauce and add a small amount of water.
Bake 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes
