3 1/2 C All purpose flour
3 C Sugar
2 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 C oil
4 eggs
2/3 C water
2 C pumpkin
1 C nuts
1 C raisins

Icing;
1/4 C butter
1/2 C brown sugar
1/8 C canned milk
1 C brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour,sugar, soda, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon together. Mix oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. Add to flour mixture. Add nuts and raisins. Mix all. Pour into a greased and floured bread pan. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Icing:

You may add more milk if it is too thick. When bread is 5 minutes away from done. Bring to boil the butter, brown sugar, and milk. Boil 2 min. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat till thick. When bread is done, cover with icing.
