Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

3 C mashed sweet potatoes
1 C granulated sugar
1/2 C pet milk
1/2 C magarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten

Topping:

1 C brown sugar
1 Stick Butter, melted
1/2 C flour
1 C chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix main ingredients together and pour into a baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients and spread over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350º until topping is crusty, about 20- 25 minutes.

Note: You can use 1 cup coconut flakes also if you like.
