1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
4 HEAPING tsp coco
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup cold water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
Separately mix the next 4 and then add dry ingredients
Bake @ 350º until you smell chocolate and when you touch center of cake and bounces back (30 to 40) minutes.
