1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of chicken broth
1 (10oz) can of Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chiles
12 corn tortillas, cut into pieces
1, (3-4lb) chicken, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups of grated cheddar or American cheese

Combine soups, chicken broth and tomatoes and set aside. Oil a 3-quart casserole dish. Layer half of tortillas pieces, half of chicken, half of onion, and half of cheese in the casserole. Pour half of the chicken broth mixture over the layers. Repeat layers of tortillas, chicken, and onion, and then pour the remaining chicken broth over top, cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes. This may be frozen and reheated and still taste great.
