1 pound medium sized pasta shells
1 8 oz bottle Italian dressing
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 (12 ounce) can chunk all white tuna, drained and flaked
1 ( 15 ounce) can garbanzo beans ( chick peas), drained
1/2 cup sun- dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
4 scallions, coarsely chopped

1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse, drain again and set aside to cool.

2. Meanwhile in a medium bowl, combine the dressing, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper,; mix well.

3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tuna, garbanzo beans, sun- dried tomatoes, and scallions.

4. Add the dressing mixture and toss until thoroughly combined. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
