Cake:
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz can)

Frosting:
6 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil, add beaten eggs and pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients and add together with pumpkin mixture.

Spread evenly in an oiled 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.

To make frosting, mix together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar.

Once cake is cooled completely, spread frosting with a spatula. Cut into squares and serve.
