1 can Rotel, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 teaspoon cumin
1 dash red pepper flakes
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash black pepper

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a microwavable dish and microwave for 5 minutes. Stir and serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
