Oblong pan
11/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cup self rising flour
1 1/2 cup nuts
12 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 small bowls of cool whip
2 boxes of lemon pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, flour,and nuts, press into bottom of pan.bake at 350º for 15 minutes let cool
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 3/4 of a bowl of cool whip. Spread onto crust
top with lemon pie filling fixed according to package directions.
Top again with 1 small bowl of cool whip.
This is also good with blueberry or cherry pie filling
