2 c small elbow macaroni
1/2 stick butter
1 block NY sharp cheddar cheese (cubed)
1 block sharp cheddar cheese (cubed)
whole milk
3 T flour
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni in salted boiling water; let stand in hot water for 1 hour (this will allow the macaroni to swell). Cube all cheese. Melt butter in 11x13 casserole dish in oven. Drop in macaroni and both cheeses. Sprinkle top with flour, salt and pepper. Cover entire dish with WHOLE milk until you cannot see the macaroni.

Bake 350 for 60 minutes.

Make sure you use sharp and extra sharp cheeses. Only use whole milk, and cover the macaroni. I season it with a lot of salt and pepper.
