2 apples 4 tbsp. butter 3 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1 c. milk Splenda and cinnamon
Peel and cut apples into thin slices (Braeburn apples work best), saute them in 2 tablespoons butter. Mix eggs, flour, and milk together. Pour egg mixture over apples and bake in casserole dish at 450º until it puffs (about 20 minutes). Melt the other 2 tablespoons butter and pour over pancakes. Sprinkle with Splenda and cinnamon.
