1 small onion
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
2 bags shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag shredded hash browns

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees until 40 to 5 minutes.
