3 tbsp of butter or margarine
1 pkg of reg marshmallows (10 oz) or 4 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krisipies cereal
18 wooden ice cream sticks
1 1/2 cups semi-sweets chocolate morsels or 1 1/2 cup of white chocolate morsels
1 tbsp of veggi oil
multi-colored sprinkles (optional)

In large sauce pan melt butter over low heat and
add marshmallows; stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat. Add Kellogg's Rice Krisipies; stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13x9x2in pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into eighteen 3x2in bars.
In small microwave safe bowl combine chocolate morsels and oil microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds. Dip bars in chocolate and decorate as you like. Place on wax paper or parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Best served the same day & use fresh marshmallows.
