1 (20 oz.) cans chili without beans
1 (16 oz.) pkg. small corn chips
1 onion, chopped.
16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chili in a saucepan. In a greased 9" x 13" baking dish, layer the corn chips, chili, onion and cheese, using about 1/3 of each ingredient per layer. Finish with a cheese layer on top. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes or until the cheese bubbles. You'll think you're having lunch in the Ray Ballroom.

Frito Pie is served directly in small bags of Fritos in every school cafeteria in the State of Texas. Kids, remember eating this at school with a side of French Fries?
