1 can Eagle Brand Milk
5 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Milk (enough to reach the fill line on the ice cream canister)
Makes 5 quarts.
Optional Ingredients: diced fresh fruit of choice such as peaches or strawberries, and/or nuts

Directions:
Mix ingredients and any chosen fruits and nuts. Pour into ice cream canister. Add milk to the canister's "fill" line. Use the dasher to mix the added milk. Follow manufacturer's directions to freeze.
