3 Cup Grated Zucchini
3 Cup Flour
3 Cup Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Chopped nuts
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cup Oil
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
4 Eggs

Coconut Pecan Frosting -

1/4 Cup Soft Butter
3 T Milk
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Coconut
1/2 Cup Chopped pecans


Directions:

Mix zucchini, sugar, oil & eggs. Combine flour, salt
Baking powder, Baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well
Add nuts. Grease and flour 7 1/2 x 11 pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Cool before frosting

Mix butter, sugar, and milk over low heat. Remove from
heat and add coconut and nuts. Spread quickly over cake

Note: For chocolate cake add 3-4 T cocoa and spread 1/2 cup
chocolate bits on top before baking
