Cabbage
Water
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 - 3 Tbsp. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cabbage. Heat cabbage with a small amount of water and 2 Tbsp. of oleo. Steam cabbage.

Combine sugar, vinegar, flour, egg and sour cream. Stir into cabbage. It will thicken.

Serve warm.

A dear lady who taught me how to cook gave me this recipe. She was married very late in life and did not have children so our children were her grandchildren.
