1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. lard
2-4 T. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together lard, flour and salt with pastry cutter or washed hands. Add ice water continue to blend. Roll out using as little flour as possible! Makes one 9" single crust. Bake at. 375º until golden for cream pies or other cooked crusts.

Lard is the difference here...it makes your crust flaky and has a distinctive taste.
