2 #s stew meat or leftover roast
1 Jar Knudsen Tomato Juice
Assorted vegetables of your choice: frozen corn, peas, fresh squash
5-6 red new potatoes
5 large carrots
!/2 onion chopped
3 stalks celery
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
BTB Beef Large heaping Spoon
KPO Homestead Season Salt
Paprika
Turmeric
Black Pepper
3 Bay Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Flour the stew meat in flour seasoned with Lawry's salt and pepper.

Brown in oil on stove.

Add to the crock pot with the V-8 juice.

Add the spices and vegetables.

Cook @ least 6 hours. Can even cook overnight.
