1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 lg can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup pecans
1 container of Cool Whip
graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cream cheese well, stir in pineapple and pecans, stir mixture well until all cream cheese is creamed together with other ingredients. Fold in Cool
Whip. Pour into crust, decorate with a few pecans on top. Keep chilled in refrigerator. Makes 1 pie piled high.

Cut in small pieces, it's rich! Another option is to smooth the pie filling out flatter on top to make 2 pies. Can use small, individual miniature pie crusts, also.
