Salt meat or pickled pork (amount you want)
Cabbage (amount you want)
4 cans chicken stock, also few cubes bouillon.
Angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cover soup pot 1/8 inch with ex virgin olive oil.
Chop salt meat, or pickled pork, and saute in oil 10 mins.
Coursely chop cabbage, take meat out and put in cabbage for 20 mins. on low heat.
Add 4 cans chicken broth and few bouillon cubes.
Simmer 30 to 40 mins.
Can be soupy or not. Add little angel hair spaghetti last min. Cook till done. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese on top.
