6-8 Yellow squash
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C water
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp basil

Topping:
1 C ritz crackers (i sleeve crumbled in package)
1/2 C medium cheddar cheese
1/3 C melted butter
1/4 tsp paprika
8 slices crumbled bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash and mix onion. Boil until tender. Drain and then add other ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and add topping. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
