3 lbs ground chuck
1 lb Jimmy Dean Hot Pork Sausage
1 lb Italian sausage, squeezed from casing
salt, pepper, Cavenders-all to taste
1/4 cup Seasoned Italian bread crumbs
3 raw eggs
4 cans Hunt"s Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
2 envelopes Spaghetti seasoning mix-mild
1 lb fresh sliced mushrooms-baby Bella's or white
Fresh grated Parmesan

Meatballs
Mix all meats, eggs, salt, pepper, Cavenders and bread crumbs. Shape meat into very large meatballs, a little smaller than a hardball. Do not pack down or over mix, as this will cause meatballs to be tough. Microwave meatballs about 7 to 9 minutes on high to get initial grease out,and drain.
Sauce
Mix sauce, stewed tomatoes, and mushrooms. Add a little water, about half a can. Simmer about one hour. Add meatballs, simmer about another hour. Degrease. At this point add dry envelope seasoning mix mixed with about a half cup of cold water. Stir well and often to prevent sticking. Simmer about another hour and continue to remove any grease from top. Serve with Angel Hair pasta and top with fresh Parmesan. Delicious and better the next day!
