5 gallon crock
Grapes - James or Muscadine
Sugar
Water
Wine Bottles
Corks

Directions:
Mash grapes and add to crock. Add 1 qt. of water and 1 lb. of sugar for each gallon of mashed grapes. Let set 8 to 11 days, stirring everyday. Strain with a stainless steel strainer. Add strained liquid, plus 1 lb. of sugar per gallon of liquid back to clean crock. Let sit for 3 to 5 weeks. Do not stir. Wine is ready to bottle when it stops bubbling. If bottled to early the corks will blow and you will have a huge mess.
