1 c uncooked white or brown rice
6-8 slices of bacon
1 med onion
1 med green pepper
2 eggs
soy sauce
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed. While rice is cooking, fry bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove bacon. Add the chopped onion and pepper. Cook until slightly browned. Scramble in the two eggs. Crumble in the bacon and mix all together. Add soy sauce to the cooked rice then add the rice to skillet mixture. Add soy sauce and pepper to taste.
