3 c. flour
1 T. B Pdr.
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. br. sugar, packed
3 eggs
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 c. oats
2 c. chopped pecans
1 T. cinnamon
1 T. baking soda
1 1/2 c. butter @ room temp.
1 T. vanilla
2 c. flaked coconut

Bake at 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Beat butter, gradually add sugars, add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, add dry ingredients. These are huge cookies, use 1/4 c batter per cookie. Bake for 17 - 20 minutes until edges are light brown. Rotate cookie sheeet 1/2 way through.
