4 (8-ounce) Salmon steaks
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2Tbsp dried tarragon
1Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Tarragon Sauce Lemon Wedges

Tarragon Sauce
2 Tbsp plain yogurt
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Spread fish with mayonnaise sprinkle with tarragon. Grill, cover with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350º to 400º) 10n minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with lemon juice, serve with Tarragon Sauce and lemon wedges.

Tarragon Sauce
Combine all ingredients, cover and chill.
