1 cup miracle whip
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)

Directions:
Make sure you squeeze all the water out of the spinach and that it is chopped quite fine. Mix all ingredients together until combined, chill for 4 hours (if you can wait that long) and enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers or serve in a hollowed out sourdough loaf using the broken out pieces for dipping.

We like the taste of this Spinach Dip way better than any we tried using onion soup mix. Much milder and better flavor.
(Editors Note: I make this but add a bit of chopped white onion and/or a can of crab meat.) drained.
