6 Hard Boiled eggs, peeled
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Paprika for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Slice eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise,mustard, salt & pepper. With spoon, pile yolk mixture in the cavity of the egg white. Arrange on plate. Sprinkle very lightly with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.

This is Mom's exact recipe for an appetizer dish she made often. She had about 10 recipes for deviled eggs, but this was HER very own, with her very own description. The eggs may be 'plain' but they're delicious. I don't think that they were old though! Just the recipe is!
