8-12 banana peppers
2 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 (8 oz) sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 1/3 tsp. salt
pepper
Meat:
2 lb. Italian sausage
1 egg
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute using the butter, onion, celery and additional peppers if you want. Add seasonings and tomatoes. Cook at least 10 minutes.
Place banana peppers in hot water for 3 minutes after cleaning of seeds. Stuff peppers with meat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with Mozzarella Cheese during the last 10 minutes
