1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
1 tbsp reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup thawed frozen tiny peas
1 cup shredded nonfat sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 red onion chopped
4 slices turkey bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg bowl, combine the sour, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the vegetables, cheese, and onion; toss to coat. Refrigerate covered until chilled; at least 1-2 hrs. Serve sprinkled with bacon crumbles.
