1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks 1/2 t. vanilla
21/2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
3 egg whites 3/4-1 c. dark sesame seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter,margarine and sugar. Blend in yolks & vanilla. Beat well. Mix in baking powder and flour.
In separate bowl slightly beat egg whites. Pinch of teaspoon of dough, roll into a ball.Drop in egg whites 7 roll in sesame seeds. Place on grease cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes. Makes 40 cookies.

This is Caryn's recipe and another cookie we bake together at Christmas. I roll and bake...she dips and seeds. We make a great team. We think alike and we both have strong opinions! I do love my Caryn! (I sometimes use all butter.)
