2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1/2 c milk
1/2 c cocoa
1 c nuts (optional, but better with)
3 c quick oatmeal

Mix sugar, butter, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boiling point and then a rolling boil. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and oats. Drop onto wax paper and let cool
