1 1/2 c vegetable oil
2 c brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c sifted flour
1 t soda
1 t powder
1/4 t ground cardamom
1 t cinnamon
2 t vanilla
3 T juice or milk
3 c chopped apples
1 c chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350. Oil then coat a bundt pan with sesame seeds.

Cream together the oil and sugar. Add eggs. Add flour mixture. Add vanilla and milk. Fold in apples and nuts.

Bake 1 to 1 ½ hours, toothpick test.
