1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend chickpeas and eggs together until smooth.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave, then stir into mixture.
Add rest of ingredients and mix in blender.
Spray round cake pan with oil.
Pour mixture into pan and top with chocolate chips or nuts.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
After cake is cooled, top with chopped fruit or sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
